QA Tester

What did I learn:

​

The dos and don'ts of project management.

What a regular QA test is. 

Be more proactive. 

Write more precise Game Design Documents and keep them updated.

What did I do during this internship?

 

Exploration testing: looking for bugs while doing a "normal" routine in the game.

Smoketests on PC and Consoles: I thoughtfully tested the game on different platforms assuring the quality of the principal features of it.

Sanity testing: I tested the stability of a build on a platform to make sure it was stable enough to do a smoketest.

 Optimization Test: I identified elements that needed optimization so that the game would run smoothly and without FPS losses.

TRC: Tested Playstation's TRCs to ensure the landing on this platform.

Deep testing: Stress testing a feature to make sure it works as it is designed to.

Redaction of test routine. 

Management of bug tickets.
